Cancellation Policy: No Cancellations
We regret to inform you that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. This policy is in place to ensure efficient processing and delivery of your items. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming it.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from Runaway the Label with your tracking details
- DHL Express will also send you a link to your phone/email via their on-demand delivery service whereby you can update your delivery preferences.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to show.

TERMS
-  Customs or Import charges MAY be required upon delivery. Please note that Runaway the Label is NOT responsible for covering these costs. 
-  Shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

CUSTOM TAXES AND DUTY CHARGES 
Customers can be charged for buying & importing product into their country. Runaway The Label does not take responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these charges.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary from country to country.

If these charges aren’t paid and the parcel is ‘Returned To Sender’, Runaway The Label will then give DHL authority to destroy the parcel. Therefore, the parcel will not be returned to our facility and no refund will be issued for the order.
