Rights as a Consumer – The Australian Consumer Law (brought into effect 1st January 2011) is national legislation and gives consumers a comprehensive set of rights for any goods or services purchased. These are called Consumer Guarantees which means goods must be of acceptable quality and fit for the purpose they were designed for. 

PURCHASES
At the time of making your purchase, you must provide Runaway the Label with accurate information to ensure the accuracy of your order. This may also include providing additional information upon our request.
When entering your delivery address and delivery instructions, you must supply the correct information. If the wrong address is entered, Runaway the Label is not obliged to re-send your order at our own cost.
Runaway The Label is intended for the end consumer. Runaway The Label reserves the right to withdraw or deny any order marked as suspicious. 
 
(DISCLAIMER) Colours depicted should be used as a guide only as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions, resulting in colour variations shown on the website. Also please note blogger/influencer imagery may also vary due to filters and editing.
 
- By submitting an order or becoming a member of Runaway The Label, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
 
PURCHASE PRICE
On the Runaway the Label website, all prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. For international order costs, the currency should be converted when you are at the checkout. Please note that the actual currency conversion price you are charged may vary from the website due to your chosen payment method. 
Runaway the Label reserves the right to adjust the prices displayed on the website without any notice.

REVIEW OF TERMS
Runaway The Label reserves the right to review our Terms and Conditions and these Terms and Conditions may be subjected to change at any time. These changes may be made without you being informed. Such changes to be effective upon posting on this website.  Your continued use of the website after any such changes will indicate your acceptance of such changes. 

PAYMENT
Payment methods accepted by Runaway the Label include Credit Card via "Stripe" AFTERPAY , Apple Pay and Paypal. We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Please note any payments made with "Stripe" may have an added processing fee. For domestic cards, the charge is 1.75%+3 cents and for International cards, the charge is 2.9%+3 cents.
After your payment has been successful, you will receive an email with your invoice to confirm your order has been received.

AFTERPAY
Buy what you want today, pay for it over four equal fortnightly instalments. Use your debit or credit card, get approved instantly. Once you are approved by Afterpay, Afterpay splits your payments over four equal instalments due every fortnight. Nominate the card you want to use and automatic payments are scheduled for you. AFTERPAY RETURNS
If you are after a return for something you have purchased using AfterPay as the payment method, you will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. You will continue to be charged by AfterPay until you have paid all your instalments. 

PROCESSING OF ORDERS
Orders at Runaway the Label are processed during business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST) Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays for New South Wales, Australia.
Once your order has been sent, Australia Post should email you directly with your tracking information. Your tracking number will be added to your order and it will be marked as shipped. 

SHIPPING
For International Customers:
All parcels are sent via DHL using their Express Service.
Orders placed before 9AM AEST on business days are usually shipped the same day. Once shipped, parcels should arrive within 3-7 business days, however we cannot guarantee delivery times.
We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes via international postage at this time.
All international orders occur a flat rate shipping fee which is a base price for freight. We do our best to keep shipping fees down as well as cover the regions international shipping flat rate up to a designated threshold. In the rare occurrence, we cannot cover this threshold, the recipient will be contacted with the freight quote and before the parcel can be sent, they informed of these extra freight charges and will either agree or disagree to cover these extra shipping costs. The recipient will not be charged these charges unless they have confirmed. 
All parcels require a signature upon delivery and a business address is recommended. If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, DHL should leave directions on how to receive your parcel.
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is in the care of the courier. In the rare case that your parcel goes missing whilst it is with the courier, Runaway the Label takes no responsibility. If this does happen to you, please contact your countries DHL.
 
CUSTOM, TAXES AND DUTY CHARGES 
Each country has their own custom and duty charges when you need to collect your parcel. Runaway The Label do not have access to the details of the different charges for each country. Runaway The Label cannot cover these charges. It is the responsibility of the receiver to be aware of these charges and by placing an order on Runaway The Label they agree to cover these charges. If you are concerned of what these charges may be, we suggest you do contact you local DHL to find out what the custom and duty charges may be before placing your order. 

REFUSING A SHIPMENT/PAYING DUTIES AND TAXES
In the event a customer refuses DHL charges of customs and duties DHL will abandon the parcel in the recipients country and destroy the goods at Runaways cost.  Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are refused by the recipient.

Shipping for Australian Customers:

All parcels are sent via Australia Post. Both Standard and Express services are available at checkout. Standard Post should take between 2-5 business days. Express Post should take between 1-3 business days.

Orders placed before 9AM AEST on business days are usually shipped the same day. Once shipped, parcels should arrive within 1-5 business days depending on which shipping service was selected, however we cannot guarantee delivery times.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery and a business address is recommended. If the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, a collection card should be left and your parcel will be waiting for you at your local post office. In the case where no one is available to sign for your parcel delivered to the shipping address provided, it will be taken to the closest Post Office and held for 14 days to collect. If your parcel is not collected and returned back to us, additional shipping expenses to re send the order are the responsibility of the customer. 
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is in the care of the courier. In the rare case that your parcel goes missing whilst it is with the courier, Runaway the Label takes no responsibility. If this does happen to you, please contact Australia Post. Runaway The Label will deliver the final outcome in this scenario.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for their order. If the address has been entered wrong and Runaway The Label has not been informed before the parcel has been delivered, Runaway The Label will not reimburse you for this package. If you noticed the address is entered in incorrect before your order has been dispatched, please contact us via Live Chat or email us on onlinesales@runawaythelabel.com ASAP
Signature is required on all deliveries to help keep your parcel secure.


CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Runaway the Label reserves the right to cancel any orders if we are unable to fulfil an item. If you have ordered a set we will be in contact with you in regards to how you would like to proceed and you will be offered the below:
- Store Credit to the value of 110%
- The opportunity to change size or colour of your ordered item or to change to another item of the same value
- A complete refund for the whole set or just the style no longer available.

PRODUCTS MISSING FROM AN ORDER
In the rare case an item is missing from your order without notification, please contact us at sales@runawaythelabel.com with your order number and the product name/code of your missing item so we can make the appropriate investigations.
Sometimes your order will be delivered in two parts. This means your missing item(s) will be on pre order and will be shipped once they become available. Please note that this will only happen for Australian deliveries.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS
All returns of orders to Runaway the Label will be governed in accordance with our Returns Policy. You can find our Returns Policy here.
When purchasing items that are marked down, please be careful with your decision as the product will state if it is Final Sale in the availability section. Final sale items are final and cannot be returned for a store credit or exchange. Please read our returns policy for further information.

Runaway The Label reserves the right to reject any return if the garment has been returned back to us not in its original condition. Any garment/s returned to us that have been worn, soiled or damaged in any way or form will be rejected of a store credit and in most cases, your return will be sent back to you. This includes garments that have any traces of perfume/deodorant/laundry detergent etc

RUNAWAY is committed to complying with the Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy principles.

At RunawayTheLabel.com we use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your privacy and personal information when performing a transaction online. At no point do we have direct access to any of your personal payment information, and any sensitive account data you input is encoded to industry standard for E-commerce sites. This means you can safely and confidently perform transactions on our website knowing that your personal information is safe and protected.

Generally, the information we collect about customers includes your name, home or work address, delivery address, phone number, payment, credit and billing information, and e-mail addresses. We also collect demographic information through Google Analytics which is not unique to you, such as your country, age, gender and shopping preferences.

This helps us to design an online experience that is best suited to our customers: A website that looks, feels and functions well, and gives our customers easy access to information and our various avenues of customer service!
At no point will RUNAWAY share your information with any third parties. We only use the information you provide us to:

Fraud
We take a firm stance against credit card fraud. On the rare occasion a transaction is flagged in our system, Runaway The Label reserves the right to conduct any and all security checks to ensure that the owner of the card authorises the transaction. If the requested security check is not complied with, we reserve the right to dishonour, cancel, refund and report the transaction information with the relevant Fraud Prevention and Banking Authorities. The decision to do so is at our sole discretion.
