I’m a 12-14 and got L
It you want a more fitting/hugging fit then get M but it sat beautifully on my big bum and boobs 👏🏼 I’m 170cm & 78kg for reference. So many compliments, not see through at all, double layered and light so you wouldn’t get sweaty
You could go braless too if you wanted and the pattern and cowl neck hide them
